Trauma Resolution
When we experience something painfully disturbing it shocks our sense of self and wellbeing. In an attempt to defend ourselves against further hurt, we develop mental, protective structures. I facilitate the softening and release of this internal armoring. Together we can find the doors to freedom, choice and connection.
Embodied Insight
We can learn to be in close contact with the messages of our body. Tuning in and noticing the connection of thoughts, feelings and sensations offers us invaluable insight into the way we suffer and heal. Listening, sensing and allowing pave the way home.
Spiritual Inquiry
Bringing a curious and light touch into our inner world is a key ingredient for remembering Self. In our shared presence we can meet parts of you that seem long forgotten or dismissed. They will be glad to see you!
Expanding Skills
Anything that helps us realize that we don’t need improvement is a skill worth learning. I am happy to pass on tools, strategies and techniques that help with deepening your connection with SELF qualities, such as peace, confidence and compassion.
